Paverpol Products

What is Paverpol?
Paverpol is an environment friendly water based textile hardener that is harmless to people, plants and animals. Paverpol is the world’s #1 product of its type, and is has the AP non-toxic safety seal from the Arts and Creative Materials Institute (ACMI).
It is a one step, non-toxic medium that gives artists and crafters a serious new medium with which to expand their scope of work, either indoors or outdoors.
Paverpol can be used with, and adhere to, fabric, paper, paper mache, silk, metal, canvas, chamois leather, air-dry clay, polystyrene foam, dried botanicals, wood, baked polymer clay, plaster, concrete, pottery, stone, etc. It can be used on some synthetics, but best results are obtained with natural materials.
In its liquid form Paverpol must be protected from freezing. Works that are completely covered in Paverpol and/or Paverplast are protected against rain, snow or frost.

Paverpol is perfect for creating garden sculptures!

Simply saturate natural materials in Paverpol, squeeze off excess, drape or wrap around a wire figure or other armature and leave it to dry. Paverpol freezes the drapes and shapes that you have created. Your sculpture will be dry within hours, (heat from a hair blow dryer will speed up initial drying time) and fully cured within two weeks. After your sculpture has cured, it can be used outside without any additional treatment.

Should you use patterned fabric with transparent Paverpol, or paint your sculpture, is has to be given a coat of Varnish, which contains a UV filter to protect from fading while outdoors.

Tools and hands can be cleaned by washing with warm water.
